How does the 50% deposit work?
Pay half via M-Pesa to start learning immediately. The remaining balance is split into installments — you finish paying as you finish the chapter.
Do I lose access if I stop paying?
Active chapter access continues during a grace window while we retry the installment. Fully paid chapters stay unlocked for life.
Can I switch from Single Chapter to Full Unit later?
Yes. The amount you have already paid toward chapters in that unit is credited against the full-unit price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa STK push is the primary method. Manual EFT/bank transfer is available on request for bookings above KES 10,000.
Is there a refund policy?
Unviewed chapters can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once a chapter's video is watched past 20%, the purchase is final.
